Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a contract opportunity supporting students at the middle school level. This part-time role (20 hours per week) offers you the chance to manage a dedicated caseload of about 10 students and provide direct services to approximately 20 young learners with a range of communication needs, including those with autism, intellectual disabilities, and specific learning disabilities. Working primarily within a school-based environment, you’ll play a vital role in helping students succeed academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Oregon SLP licensure required
• CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong skills in teletherapy, case management, and IEP implementation
• Familiarity with managing communication disorders and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to serve students under a speech/communication or autism eligibility

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 10 students, providing both direct and indirect speech-language pathology services
• Deliver therapy, evaluations, and progress monitoring to middle school students
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and staff, and document services according to district policies
• Engage in some paid travel and support students across assigned locations as part of an itinerant schedule
• Contribute to comprehensive support for students with communication and learning needs
• Utilize the district’s IEP system efficiently, with training provided as part of your onboarding
• Dedicate time to administrative duties, including paperwork and team meetings
