Seattle Children's is seeking a highly skilled **Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant** to join our specialized **Endocrinology** team at **0.6 FTE** . This is a primarily clinic-based role offering the opportunity to build and maintain a strong patient panel focused on pediatric endocrine and metabolic conditions, while participating in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model that serves as a critical connection for families, primary care providers, and hospital partners across the Pacific Northwest. **Key Responsibilities** + **Outpatient Endocrine & Diabetes Care:** Provide comprehensive, family-centered outpatient care to infants, children, teens, and young adults managing a broad range of endocrine and metabolic conditions-including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, growth disorders, pubertal timing (precocious or delayed puberty), thyroid conditions, adrenal disorders, and calcium/phosphorus imbalances. + **Subspecialty & Multidisciplinary Clinics:** Participate in specialized programs and interdisciplinary clinics, such as our Insulin Resistance Clinic, Type 2 Diabetes Clinic, Lipid Disorders Program, Multidisciplinary Thyroid Program, Turner Syndrome Clinic, and Level 1 Center of Excellence Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) Program. + **Medication, Device Management & Family Education:** Oversee complex management regimens, including continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), insulin pump technology, hormone replacement therapies (growth hormone, thyroid, adrenal, and puberty management), and T1D prevention protocols.
