The Senior Manager, Operations & Client Analytics, is responsible for leading a team of analysts and delivering timely, accurate analytics, reporting, and performance insights that support Somatus' operational teams, client partnerships, clinical programs, and financial objectives.
This role serves as a key partner to Operations, Customer Success, Clinical, Finance, Product, Data Engineering, and other stakeholders by translating business needs into well-defined analytic requirements and scalable reporting solutions. The Senior Manager owns a portfolio of recurring reports, dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, enhancements, and internal requests and is accountable for prioritization, delivery timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication.
This is a hands-on leadership role. This individual will also develop analysts, manage team workflow and capacity, establish quality controls, and contribute to analytics function planning and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven people leader who combines strong healthcare analytics and technical skills with practical stakeholder management, project delivery, and team-development experience.

+ Establish delivery plans, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and escalation paths; proactively communicate status, changes in scope, timing risks, data limitations, and competing priorities.
+ Remain hands-on as needed by writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries used for extraction, transformation, validation, investigation, and reporting.
+ Review SQL, Power BI logic, calculations, and analytic methodologies for accuracy, performance, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements.
