**Job Description**
**Sol Physical Therapy** is growing, and we're looking for a **Physical Therapist** to join our team in Tucson. Our practice emphasizes advanced manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and evidence-driven care. We combine state-of-the-art technology with a collaborative and upbeat environment where therapists are encouraged to develop their clinical expertise and pursue specialty areas of interest.

**Responsibilities**
+ Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and goals.
+ Provide expert, hands-on care using advanced manual therapy and exercise-based techniques.
+ Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, caregivers, and referring providers.
+ Document progress, update treatment plans, and ensure quality and continuity of care.
+ Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
+ Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes and maintain a positive clinic culture.
**Qualifications**
+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
+ Advanced or interest in manual therapy and/or sports rehabilitation background preferred.
+ Interest in developing or expanding a **clinical specialty** (e.g., hand therapy, sports, pelvic health, chronic pain, or vestibular rehabilitation).
+ Current or future **Arizona PT license** (or ability to obtain prior to start).
+ **CPR certification.**
+ Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
+ Energetic, team-oriented mindset - and a passion for helping patients thrive.
