Role Description: Fabricate and assemble engines, transmissions and aftertreatment components for diesel commercial trucks.Emphasis on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Assemble Engine and Powertrain Components: Obtain incoming components and assemble products according to process instructions, performing all necessary gauge verifications. + Quality and Productivity: Perform duties to maintain quality and productivity standards. + Support Team Objectives: Replace or assist others as needed to meet uptime objectives. + Team Participation: Actively participate in the work group and business team. + Continuous Improvement: Strive for continual improvement and focus on process optimization. + Guidance and Training: Instruct, assist, and direct others as required. + Compliance: Ensure compliance with process instructions, PFMEA, and Control Plans; notify group leader of any deviations. + Accountability: Accept accountability for achieving goals and planning strategies.
