Directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in the assigned center. Maximize core model execution, including clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and patient satisfaction. Allocate time to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Focus on PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion, and care coordination for patients. Lead care teams and engage with transitional care teams. Manage, mentor, and coach PCPs to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. Partner with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to improve financial performance and increase center membership.
