Serve as caregiver to residents during the scheduled work period. Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of an RN. Deliver age-appropriate care related to physical and psychological needs. Follow infection prevention and control policies. Provide assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and psychosocial support. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking. Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining. Document resident interactions and outcomes. Communicate resident's changing condition to the charge nurse.
