Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Administer medications or treatments as ordered. Document resident interactions and outcomes. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and the public. Work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary care team. Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality. Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans. Perform other related duties as assigned.
