Reinforce positive student behavior, redirect negative behaviors, and model effective behavioral strategies for staff. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records related to student behavior strategies (SBS) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Collect, analyze, and chart behavioral data to monitor student progress and inform instructional practices. Provide support and guidance to classroom staff. Apply applied behavior analysis principles. Conduct detailed behavioral observations. Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management. Provide crisis intervention. Complete documentation of behavioral incidents. Adhere to universal precautions and emergency protocols. Identify and report safety hazards. Attend team meetings and professional development. Assist in supervising students during school-related activities. Perform additional duties as assigned.
