Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and personal care. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking. Provide range of motion and passive exercises. Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining. Assist residents with meals and snacks. Document resident interactions and changing conditions. Communicate resident's changing condition to charge nurse. Collect specimens and gather vital signs. Provide housekeeping and laundry services. Provide assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs.
