Assist with care to obstetrical trauma patients; remain available for all trauma activations and promptly available 24/7; follow the patient throughout the hospital course (Trauma Resuscitation bay, Radiology, OR, PACU, ICU); work in conjunction with the Director of Trauma Services and Trauma Medical Director to assist in providing quality care; assist in identification of Performance Improvement opportunities; create clear action plans and initiate resolution of Performance Improvement opportunities.
