Key Qualifications:

• Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Open only to fully credentialed professionals
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Experience supporting children with mild to moderate needs preferred
• Familiarity with special education classrooms and IEP processes
• Prepared to complete both district and agency fingerprinting and onboarding processes
• Must provide proof of RBT credential, GM worksheet, and up-to-date resume with application

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to ensure consistent behavioral support
• Accurately collect and maintain data on student progress and behaviors
• Communicate regularly with team members regarding strategies, achievements, and challenges
• Adapt support strategies as directed by licensed supervisors, including a BCBA, if required
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times
