**POSITION SUMMARY:**
Under general supervision, the Delivery Account Manager Lead provides frontline operational leadership and workflow coordination in support of customer delivery, replenishment, inventory control, and account activities. This working lead role performs the full scope of delivery and customer service duties while also ensuring daily work assignments are distributed effectively, quality and service standards are met, and newer team members receive training and on the job support. The Lead serves as the primary point-of-contact for operational questions, escalated customer concerns, schedule adjustments, and field level problem solving. This position coordinates daily job assignments, supports order processing, maintains inventory accuracy, replenishes product in customer facilities and vending machines, and facilitates communication between team members, customers, and supervisors. This position is also expected to model PRIDE values, support operational excellence, and promote positive customer relationships through proactive communication and performance oversight.
**TYPICAL DUTIES:**
1. *Load and unload products into assigned vehicle in a safe, efficient, and organized manner, while maintaining a clean company vehicle.
2. *Assign daily jobs to ensure schedule alignment with customer agreements while adjusting workloads based on staffing levels, operational priorities and customer needs.
3. *Train and mentor new employees on delivery procedures, customer systems, inventory processes, and safety standards.
4. *Responsible for understanding PRIDE's capabilities and recognizing customer needs and serving as a field level escalation resource for customer concerns.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for Delivery Account Managers for daily operational questions, escalations, and problem solving.
6. *Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software and minimizing exposure to excess and obsolete inventory.
7. *Track and compile data and documents and provide operational feedback to management regarding trends, service gaps and training opportunities.
8. *Conduct field level quality checks on inventory accuracy, vending replenishment, and delivery documentation.
9. *Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicle to transport products to designated locations.
10. *Follow established routes and schedules by delivering products to customer sites in a safe, timely and professional manner.
11. *Troubleshoot minor vending machine technical issues using guides to diagnose and fix issues.
12. *Prepare and process outbound orders physically and systematically for delivery.
13. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
- Three or more years of experience in operations, including manufacturing, customer service, materials management, logistics, planning or similar;
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or support teammates in a lead, trainer or point of contact capacity;
- Must have a satisfactory driving record;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate business English
- Demonstrated human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team;
- Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and exercise sound judgment under changing conditions;
- Intermediate mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division;
- Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and Apple devices including ability to communicate with phone, text and email;
- Basic troubleshooting skills for vending equipment and technology;
- Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common sense skills;
- Flexibility for schedule changes, non-traditional work hours, and varying work durations.
