Provide quality patient care according to Cambridge Health Alliance and the Association of perioperative Registered Nurses standards of nursing practice. Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient care in a professional manner. Provide care in the perioperative setting to include both the functions of the scrub and circulator. Understands the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of nursing service. Clinical nursing leadership is manifested by personal commitment, accountability, and initiative in clinical practice.
