Join Boldt as an Estimator III and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and value driven estimates that help set projects up for success. In this position, you will collaborate with clients, design teams, project managers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders to develop detailed estimates, cost models, and procurement strategies throughout the preconstruction process. You will analyze drawings and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate project risks and opportunities, and help guide budgeting decisions that support project goals. You will lead estimating activities on assigned projects, support Target Value Design and design to budget initiatives, and help identify innovative solutions that maximize value for clients. Working alongside preconstruction and operations teams, you will manage bid solicitations, analyze subcontractor proposals, develop conceptual and detailed estimates, and support project transitions to the field. In addition to serving as a trusted resource throughout the estimating process, you will mentor less experienced estimators, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and help strengthen estimating best practices across the organization.
