About the job

The IT Support Technician provides technical support across multiple locations, helping employees

resolve hardware, software, network, and technology-related issues while ensuring reliable

day-to-day operations.

We're looking for someone who

• Holds an associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Has 3+ years of technical support, help desk, or IT support experience (preferred)
• Has experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications
• Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Provides excellent customer service and communicates effectively with users at all levels
• Is comfortable supporting computers, printers, mobile devices, and basic network connectivity
• Can prioritize multiple requests and manage competing priorities effectively
• Works independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Maintains professionalism in fast-paced environments
• Has a valid California driver’s license and is willing to travel throughout the region as needed

What you'll do

• Provide help desk and technical support to employees across multiple locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and network connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and account administration
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and technology equipment
• Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and technical documentation
• Support conference room and audiovisual technology
• Coordinate equipment repairs and vendor service requests
• Escalate advanced technical issues when necessary
• Support technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency across the organization

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs for computer equipment, monitors, and technology hardware
• Must be able to travel regularly between multiple locations
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work under desks or around equipment as needed
• Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
