Rigert Elite Gymnastics is hiring an experienced, positive, and athlete-centered coach to join our competitive team staff. Our greatest current needs are in upper-level Xcel and Optional team coaching, with possible opportunities in mid-level Xcel as well.

We are looking for a coach with strong knowledge of athlete development, skill progressions, shaping, basics, and safe spotting. This position is ideal for someone who values strong fundamentals, positive team culture, and building strong relationships with athletes, families, and fellow staff.

Responsibilities:

• Coach assigned competitive team groups
• Support athlete development through strong basics, shaping, and skill progressions
• Help athletes prepare for routines, competitions, and long-term success in the sport
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and encouraging training environment
• Communicate professionally with athletes, families, and fellow staff
• Assist with additional team groups as needed based on experience and availability

Qualifications:

• Previous gymnastics coaching experience required
• Experience coaching Xcel and/or Optional levels preferred
• Strong knowledge of gymnastics skill progressions and safe coaching practices
• Ability to safely spot athletes appropriate to assigned training groups
• Positive, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:
Evening and some weekend availability will be needed. Hours will depend on experience, availability, and overall fit for the role.

Pay:
Competitive hourly pay: $22–$30/hour depending on experience, levels coached, and overall fit.
