As a Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your daily tasks will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes with precision and care.
- Following recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.
- Assisting with inventory management, including stocking and prepping ingredients.

To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Is knowledgeable about food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards.
- Works well under pressure and can handle a fast-paced environment with ease.
- Is a team player with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Has a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
