This role will lead the **data architecture strategy** for the organization's analytics modernization journey, defining scalable, secure, and high‑performance cloud data solutions. The Cloud Data Architect will partner closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to enable a standardized, best‑in‑class analytics ecosystem across all TAH entities. Lead Analytics Modernization and Legacy EDW Migration + Define target-state architectures and phased migration strategies using Databricks, Lakehouse, and cloud data warehouse pattern + Provide architectural leadership for migration and modernization, including data refactoring, integration patterns, and adoption of cloud‑native capabilities with strong security and performance controls. + Partner with business and analytics stakeholders to manage risk and ensure migrated solutions meet reporting, analytics, and long‑term enterprise standards.
