As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Regularly analyze order plans, and double-check availability of stocks of materials, parts and components (demand / capacity analyses). + Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target date based on DCC (demand capacity checks). + Determine daily work order sequence, and level weekly sequence planning on a daily basis. + Execute load balancing calculations, and cooperate with master planning for optimized plans. + Monitor deliveries as scheduled, and propose measures in case of deviation. + Work daily with prototype leaders, engineers and technicians in order to effectively plan and coordinate the manufacturing and assembly activities related to the prototype project + Create prototype orders, issue and receive inventory to orders and place purchase requisitions + Coordinate and support the shipping of prototype parts which includes: labeling, packaging, and submitting paperwork to the end customer + Maintain an up-to-date comprehensive order status summary for weekly business unit reviews + Support with prototype cost estimates for sales team + Support project managers with planning and scheduling of prototype needs in their projects **Your Qualifications** + High School Diploma required; Associates degree highly preferred. + 2+ years of demonstrated logistics/supply chain experience within automotive and/or an Industrial Industry is required. + Ability to understand engineering drawings/blue prints. + Knowledge of ERP systems with SAP preferred. + Strong MS Office knowledge. + Excellent communication ability (written & verbal). + Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results. + Continuous improvement approach. + Assertive approach to solving problems. + Ability to prioritize and make decisions. + Effective time management skills. + High attention to detail. + External applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship.
