Tax Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a strong background in individual and real estate taxation. You'll lead engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff while contributing to strategic tax planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review complex tax returns for High Net Worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, and real estate entities.
- Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services tailored to client needs.
- Lead client engagements and maintain strong relationships with clients and their advisors.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants and senior associates.
- Stay current on tax law changes and communicate implications to clients and team members.
- Collaborate with partners on business development and firm growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on individual and real estate taxation.
- CPA license required
- BS in Accounting or Related field
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and California tax laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
