We're a busy industrial operation looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep our heavy equipment and machinery running in a demanding, fast-paced yard environment. This is an outdoor, get-your-hands-dirty role for someone who leads from the front and thrives in a rugged, physical workplace

What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, and develop a team of maintenance mechanics and technicians
• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment, mobile machinery, and processing equipment
• Prioritize work orders and keep operations running with minimal downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and jump in on repairs when needed
• Manage parts inventory, vendors, and maintenance records
• Enforce all safety and environmental standards and lead by example on the floor

What you'll bring

• Several years of hands-on maintenance experience, including time in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills on heavy equipment
• Ability to lead a team in a high-pressure, deadline-driven setting
• Comfort working outdoors year-round in all weather

The environment
This is an outdoor position in a working industrial yard. You'll be on your feet on uneven ground for long shifts, exposed to all weather conditions, and working around noise, dust, dirt, fumes, and heavy machinery.
