What You Bring:

• Active and current SLP credentials required
• Experience in school settings (elementary and/or middle school preferred)
• Strong assessment, intervention, and IEP development skills
• Comfort managing a caseload of up to 55 students (ages 3 through 8th grade)
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual abilities strongly preferred
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services onsite to students with a range of communication needs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, family members, and other service providers
• Maintain accurate and timely records as required by district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
• Adapt therapy approaches and materials for diverse learners

• Contract role for the school year (August 4 – June 4)
• Onsite, full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (37.5 billable hours/week)
