C. Indirectly Supervises Fleischmann's Primary Vinegar Network
II. ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates leadership in the area of safety. This requires observing and enforcing safety rules and practices, encouraging safe work behaviors, and promptly correcting conditions and unsafe behavior, which may lead to accidents.
Continually endorses the Quality Policy and assures conformance to all requirements of the Quality Management System for SQF 2000 certification.

III. GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for supporting the execution and operation of various supply chain processes through the SAP system in an efficient and timely manner. The Supply Chain Assistant will also be responsible for various administrative duties at the Chicago, IL plant location.
IV. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
A. Essential Functions
Network SME Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Material Call Off (MOC) responsibilities supported by SME.
SAP subject matter expert and training coordinator for all raw materials & direct packaging for Fleischmann's Primary Vinegar Network.
Coupa Superuser - Subject matter expert of purchasing indirect materials for all Fleischmann's Primary Vinegar Network, which includes training the new hires and troubleshooting Purchase Orders (POs) and Good Issue/Good Receipts (GRNs).
OpenText Support across Fleischmann's Primary Vinegar Network and manage dedicated MS Teams OpenText chat.
SAP Go-Live Lead/Support- Identify gaps, unique scenarios, test/validate SAP solution, assist with cutover activities, train/upskill MCO and Coupa buyers, etc.
ICT Tickets Support for the Fleischmann's Primary Vinegar Network
Enter SAP & Coupa access management tickets.
Chicago - Site Responsibilities
Vendor Maintenance Support, which includes vendor onboarding.
Process payment information, invoice status and escalate any critical issues, late payments, credit hold threats.
Assist with extending & approving New Product Introduction
Assist with placing Soft Transfer Orders (STOs) within the vinegar network.
Create Purchase Orders with vendors for Critical Raw materials
Create Purchase Orders with vendors for Critical Packaging items
Provide back-up for site transportation needs.
Maintain accurate site SAP master data (e.g. contract pricing, quantities, vendor information)
Standard ICT Tickets
Miscellaneous duties as assigned that may include participation in project and plant initiatives.

A. EDUCATION . Associate of Arts or higher preferred
B. EXPERIENCE 3-5 years relevant experience
C. SKILLS Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge. Must possess organization and multi-tasking ability. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities. Must possess effective communication (internal and external; written and oral). Must work well across various functions and leadership levels.

The pay range for this position is $24 - $26 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
