In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer (MDA/CE) in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems. Job Description: + Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems + Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) + Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication + Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics + Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status + Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing Required: + Bachelor's Degree. + 7+ years of relevant experience. + Active Secret Clearance. + MDA (or DoW) Experience + Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) + Excellent organization and communication skills + Experience with systems integration Desired: + Adept with some Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.) + Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders + Experience developing digital tools or dashboards **ITAR Requirement:** _This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and/or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR").
