Position Overview
Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the successful on-site installation of production manufacturing lines. This position requires an experienced leader with exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of construction sequencing. The ideal candidate excels at upfront planning and drives field execution to deliver high-quality, safe projects on schedule. You will act as the central point of contact linking construction crews with internal engineering and operational departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of on-site construction, including mechanical, electrical, structural, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Develop detailed site logistics and execution strategies to maximize efficiency during limited installation windows.
• Manage day-to-day trade contractor workflows, ensuring space readiness and timely utility hookups.
• Review engineering drawings, identify design roadblocks early, and collaborate with engineering teams on immediate solutions.
• Maintain rigorous quality control and safety standards across all vendor and contractor deliverables.
• Track project milestones closely, instantly escalating critical schedule risks to upper management.
