Compensation
- Salary Range: $82,000 - $120,000 annually
What You'll Accomplish
- Manage renewable energy construction projects from planning, pre-construction, and execution through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
- Build, manage, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and construction safety standards.
- Coordinate inspections, permitting activities, utility connections, and AHJ requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams and field personnel.
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and project updates.
- Collaborate with electrical contractors and EPC partners to align construction and commissioning activities.
- Apply lean construction principles to improve efficiency and project performance.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction or renewable energy.
- Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle from planning through closeout.
- Strong construction management experience with direct involvement in field operations.
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong scheduling and project timeline management skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and jobsite operations.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership experience directing project and field teams.
- Experience with solar, wind, or utility-scale energy projects.
- Experience working with electrical contractors or EPC firms.
- Experience with permitting, utility coordination, or AHJ coordination.
- Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Renewable energy construction experience across solar, wind, or utility-scale projects.
- Knowledge of utility coordination processes and requirements.
- Experience working with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) on permitting, inspections, and approvals.
- Familiarity with lean construction and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience within electrical construction environments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation, reporting, and project controls
