Direct Peer Services Coordinator Job Description
Pay Range: $26.44 to $32.63 per hour
Schedule: 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week), non-exempt

Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Job Summary
The Direct Services Coordinator is responsible for the general administration and coordination of direct service programs and maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for visitors, staff, and people we serve. This role will connect referrals and general inquiries to the best direct service program for their individualized needs. The Direct Service Coordinator will also support data and file management, office operations, and resource development to support the overall mission of The Peer Company.
EVOLVE Peer Delivered Services offers various options for individuals seeking support with substance use disorder (SUD) recovery. Enrolled individuals work with certified Peer Support Specialists, who share similar lived experience with SUD challenges, to support individuals navigating their own recovery journey through developing a Person Directed Plan (PDP).
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree valued.

Pre-Hire Drug Screen: As part of The Peer Company's commitment to fostering a safe, productive, and professional workplace, we require pre-hire drug screenings for all potential employees. The screening will be conducted in accordance with The Peer Company's drug screening policy and applicable state and federal laws.
Motor Vehicle Records Search: For positions that require driving, The Peer Company conducts a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) search in accordance with company policy, insurance requirements, and applicable state and federal laws.

Employees serving in recovery-focused roles who have lived experience with substance use disorder (SUD) must maintain continuous recovery and remain abstinent by not engaging in substance or alcohol use (illegal, legal, and recreational) during their employment with TPC.
