About the Role:
As a BCBA at Pivotal Parenting Support LLC, you will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients
Implementing ABA therapy techniques in a home-based setting, under the supervision of a licensed psychologist or board-certified psychiatrist
Collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
Providing ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment effectiveness
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans and strategies
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals for each client
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific behavioral and developmental needs
Implement ABA therapy techniques in a home-based setting, using evidence-based practices and procedures
Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment, using electronic medical records and other documentation tools
Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to the development of treatment plans and strategies
