About the Role
We are partnering with a premier global firm to identify a senior corporate associate attorney with 6–7 years of experience advising private and public companies. The role centers on sophisticated corporate work for high-growth businesses, including formation, venture financings, M&A, and general corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise emerging and high-growth companies on corporate governance and strategic legal issues.

• Lead and support company formations, venture capital financings, and M&A transactions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements.

• Collaborate with partners, associates, and cross-practice teams on complex corporate matters.

• Manage multiple matters and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited, nationally recognized law school.

• 6–7 years of general corporate experience with private and public companies.

• Prior experience at a national or international law firm.

• Strong judgment, analytical skills, drafting ability, and attention to detail.

Compensation
The expected salary range is $390,000–$420,000, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
