The team represents developers, energy companies, and infrastructure clients on complex projects involving urban development, renewable energy, housing, and environmental matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- California planning and zoning, including large-scale residential, commercial, and renewable energy projects
- State housing laws, including Density Bonus Law, SB 330, the Housing Accountability Act, and Builder’s Remedy
- CEQA/NEPA environmental review and compliance strategies
- Energy, natural resources, and environmental regulations
- Development agreements, leases, easements, and utility interconnection matters
- Defending land use and entitlement approvals in California and federal courts
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, a JD from an accredited law school, and active California State Bar admission in good standing.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000 annually, depending on experience
