Compensation includes a competitive base salary based on experience, with significant performance upside tied directly to exceeding reasonable annual billing expectations.
- Anthoor Law Group’s annual billing expectation is approximately 1,450 billable hours, based on 30 billable hours per week over 47 working weeks.

Compensation:$150,000 - $180,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities:- Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date
- Prepare legal documents such as legal pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases
- Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action
- Communicate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process
- Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings
The Family Law Attorney will manage a sophisticated family law caseload while working collaboratively with experienced paralegals, support staff, and firm leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing family law matters from initial consultation through final resolution
- Developing legal strategies tailored to each client’s goals, facts, and circumstances
- Representing clients in court hearings, conferences, settlement conferences, mediation, and trial when necessary
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, marital settlement agreements, judgments, orders, and other family law documents
- Handling matters involving divorce, legal separation, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence, and prenuptial or postnuptial agreements
- Advising clients on property characterization, division of marital assets, real property issues, and financial matters arising in dissolution proceedings
- Negotiating favorable resolutions while preparing each case as though it may proceed to trial
- Maintaining proactive and professional communication with clients throughout the life of each matter
- Working closely with paralegals and legal support staff to ensure cases move efficiently and remain current, compliant, and court-ready
