**Job Description**
Manufacturing Associates operate machines that manufacture electronic printed circuit boards for automotive radar detection. Our radar detection products alert drivers to take action when necessary to help save lives everyday.
**Core responsibilities include:**
+ Operate production equipment and processes
+ Follow defined Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and provide input for improvement
+ Perform workstation audits and inspections and follow-up on abnormalities
+ Determine and react if operating conditions become abnormal
+ Perform complete preventative maintenance routines utilizing established checklists designed to return the equipment to the original state (training provided)
+ Actively preserve normal conditions of equipment and/or processes
+ Perform first response troubleshooting and minor first line maintenance activities during line down situations.
+ Follow established safety, production, and quality procedures
+ Participate in the team's daily start-up communications meeting, assigns work, and establishes job rotation
+ Maintain personal training documentation/status including any on-the-job training
+ Ensure individual compliance for all established policies and procedures
+ Ensure team achieves daily 5S+1, Quality, Delivery, Kaizen, and Cost goals
+ Employ various problem-solving techniques (5 Why, 8 D, Cause and Effect, and Fishbone Diagrams, etc.) to drive problems to permanent corrective action
+ Participate in teams Kaizen activities to ensure continuous improvement within the work cell
**Full-Time (4 days working, 4 days off)**
**Day Shift: 8:00am-6:30pm**

**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ 0-2 years of manufacturing or logistics experience
+ Must be able to read, write & speak English
+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

**Physical Requirements** :
+ Ability to work in a manufacturing shop floor environment
+ Ability to stand at a workstation for extended periods (10+ hour shifts) and perform tasks in a stationary position
+ Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 lbs unassisted, and heavier items with assistance or material handling equipment
+ Ability to perform frequent and coordinated two‑handed tasks involving continuous finger, hand, wrist, and arm movements, requiring fine motor control, steady grip, and precise alignment
+ Ability to maintain balance and stability while handling and transporting materials
+ Ability to reach, bend, and stoop, and perform repetitive movements
+ Ability to push and pull carts, trays, and material containers as part of normal production flow
+ Ability to work in an environment with continuous background noise and sounds generated by production equipment and material handling processes
+ Ability to perform computer-based tasks (data entry, documentation, communication), including use of computer systems, software applications, and the ability to read and interpret information displayed on a computer screen and hand-held devices
+ Ability to maintain control of small parts and assemblies to prevent damage or product loss
