**Salary Range:** $134,250 to $177,000

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager that will manage projects and project teams successfully from qualification, through estimate, pre-construction, mobilization, execution, and closeout. In collaboration with the Superintendent and field team, this role is responsible for ensuring all project and contractual agreements are met and performed safely and professionally within established budgets and timeframes. You will play a key role in establishing team member roles and responsibilities and taking the lead in defining the structure and communication expectations to ensure efficient work and progression.
+ Develop and oversee high-performance project teams over multiple projects.
+ Provide mentorship and training to employees to ensure growth and development.
+ Generate and maintain a team environment inclusively soliciting input from all team members.
+ Manage and lead projects and project teams successfully from qualification, through estimate, pre-construction, mobilization, execution, and closeout. Ensure all project and contractual agreements are met and performed safely and professionally within established budgets and timeframes.
+ Collaborate with Superintendent and field team to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
+ Identify project risks and potential issues. Develop and execute recovery action plans.
+ Manage project financials, track budget variance, project job cost and productivity, and report on financial performance.
+ Successfully negotiate with internal and external project stakeholders.
+ Act as key point of contact with customers and end-user owners. Manage and develop customer and subcontractor relationships. Source and qualify new opportunities.
**ABOUT YOU**
You have notable experience managing people and projects within the commercial, utility, alternative energy, or data center markets. You possess dynamic leadership and management skills to influence and drive positive outcomes. Developing and growing your team members is just as important as successfully managing the planning, execution, and financial performance of your projects. You bring a breadth of technical knowledge in the estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting methods necessary to profitably complete electrical construction projects.

+ Experience with union workforces.
+ Verifiable experience of safe, reliable and integrity-driven work habits, including working in unsupervised field settings, and remote office locations when appropriate.
+ Strong management and leadership skills, to include a history of leading teams with a passion for developing employees
+ Strong ability to influence and drive positive outcomes
+ Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Project. Experience with Accubid Classic preferred.
