Job Description Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking an Microsoft Architect with our client. As an Architect within the Modern Workplace Experience and Communication team, you will translate business needs into technical solutions and define solutions to problems through the reasoned application of information technology creating and/or modifying Microsoft 365 solutions to solve organizational experience challenges while also supporting our e-signature platform, Docusign, and other communications vendor tools and solutions. You will partner effectively with IT leadership, engineering, peers, and enterprise-wide stakeholders to ensure application architecture solutions are built with a long-term vision and align with enterprise platform requirements. You will provide leadership and oversight for various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Scrum meetings and sprint team deliverables. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will develop core software capabilities to solve complex customer problems, stay current with the latest technologies for your products/domain, and be hands-on when required, including participation in the on-call support rotation during working hours. You will also learn and apply new technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, and help continue to build AI solutions.
