Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
+ Support production processes through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Conduct testing and analysis on production equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
+ Design and implement modifications and upgrades to production equipment and processes
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes
+ Train and support production personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of production equipment
+ Develop and maintain technical documentation and records
+ Help to rework/repair assembly tooling when not working
+ Problem solves assembly issues
+ Help develop and set up new shop processes
+ Design and make assembly tooling when needed
+ Perform other various production support tasks
+ Assist Manufacturing Productivity Engineering Group as needed

+ Knowledge of Assembly Processes and Machining Operations
+ Ability to design, dimension and model items
+ Detail oriented
+ Creative thinking
+ Problem solving and systematic diagnosis
+ Self-motivated
+ Interpersonal skills
+ Good written, communication and oral presentation skills
+ Knowledge of basic trigonometry
+ Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings or blueprints
+ Experience solving Shop Floor problems
+ Basic Microsoft Office and Adobe operations
Education Requirements:
Associate degree and 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
OR Technical Diploma / Certification and 10 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding, follow detailed and uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete standardized situations.
