In this role, you will coordinate production activities, coach team members, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure operational goals are achieved. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement efforts, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This position requires availability during shift changeovers, and work hours may vary based on business and production needs.
