Provide general urology services in a clinic-based practice, split between two locations. Requires 1-2 nights of call per week plus monthly weekend call. Minimum 6-month commitment preferred. Must be credentialed through CHG with a clean malpractice history. Requires Minnesota and Wisconsin medical licenses.
