Location: Milpitas, CA
Shifts Available: Day Shift & Swing Shift
Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour (Swing Shift earns an additional 10% shift differential.)
We're hiring Kitting Clerks to join a leading electronics manufacturing team in Milpitas! If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have warehouse or manufacturing experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Pull materials according to work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Build and stage production kits for manufacturing.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and revisions for accuracy.
- Deliver completed kits to the production floor on time.
- Perform inventory transactions using barcode scanners and ERP/MRP systems.
- Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Report material shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow FIFO procedures and company quality standards.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of warehouse, stockroom, kitting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic computer and inventory system experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
