Ensures all event medical operations and activities are aligned with AMR & CrowdRx goals, strategic plans, and contractual obligations. Delivers on-site Advanced Life Support (ALS) care in accordance with all applicable medical guidelines, protocols, scope of practice, and Company policies. Calmly, professionally, and effectively responds to requests for emergency medical assistance and public safety concerns within assigned venues or event areas. Conducts thorough patient assessments, recognizes changes in patient condition and provides appropriate emergency medical treatment often in high stress environments. Coordinates and arranges emergent and non-emergent patient transport to higher levels of care, communicating effectively with EMS colleagues and receiving facilities.
