We’re looking for a motivated Dental Patient Care Coordinator who values clear systems, consistency, and a collaborative approach to supporting both patients and our clinical team. Work Schedule - This is a full-time position:

Monday–Thursday + Every Other Friday

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Includes a 1-hour lunch break.

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the moment they enter.
• Manage patient appointments efficiently, coordinating schedules to optimize clinic flow and minimize wait times.
• Handle patient inquiries with clarity and empathy, providing accurate information and addressing concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and confidentially managed in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and support for patient care and treatment plans.
• Process billing and insurance claims accurately, assisting patients with understanding their financial responsibilities.
• Prepare for upcoming appointments by ensuring X-rays, insurance information, and clinical notes are ready in advance.

• Experience in presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance plans, discussing insurance benefits, and supporting patient flow.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and dental billing concepts.
• Experience using dental EHR/Practice Management software - EagleSoft is a plus.
• Prior dental front office experience is required. We may consider candidates with strong Medical PCC backgrounds and transferable skills.
