Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vallejo, California. The Compounder will be responsible for preparing and mixing various materials and chemical products according to specific formulations. Key day-to-day tasks include batch processing, quality control checks, operating manufacturing equipment, and adhering to safety and compliance guidelines. This role requires attention to detail and effective coordination with team members to ensure high-quality production standards.
Expected hours for this role are either 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm.

The pay range for this position is $26 – $30 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role involves working with industrial materials and chemical compounds. Employees are required to follow all safety procedures. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE and safety training are provided. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
