Develop and maintain software requirements; Review and evaluate vendor software specifications; Coordinate with vendors on software and system integration; Conduct analysis of software defects; Coordinate with cybersecurity subject matter experts; Participate in System Engineering Technical Reviews; Support the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process; Participate in Agile and SAFe team processes; Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs); Develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs); Support technical evaluations of Contractor proposals.
