This position plays an important role in developing lift trucks and implementing robotic technology into current products by creating, modifying, and implementing solutions across multiple platforms.  As a global team-member you will interact with all aspects of the organization; including manufacturing, procurement, and test, to ensure that we deliver quality trucks. What you will do: + Design and develop electrical systems and components for industrial trucks, ensuring performance, durability, and reliability. + Translate vehicle-level requirements into detailed system andcomponentspecifications for new and existing products. + Test andvalidateelectrical components both in laboratory environments and on actual trucks to ensure quality standards are met. + Analyze and resolve issues with electrical systems through root cause investigation and collaboration with cross-functional teams. + Document designs and evaluations, supporting manufacturing, marketing, and service departments for efficient product delivery. What you will need: + **Education** :Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering + **Experience** : Recent graduate orpossessinglimited professional experience Skills, Experience & Abilities + Basic understanding of electrical components, circuits, control theory, electric motor drive theory, power electronics, and battery management systems. + Ability to create system diagrams and electrical schematics. + Familiarity with automotive and industrial communication protocols, such as J1939 and CAN. + Ability and willingness tooperateforklift trucks, with training provided if needed. + Basic skills in drafting, computer-aided design (CAD), design layouts, engineering analysis, and automotive technology. + Awareness of real-time control networks used forvehicleand industrial machinery. + Basic knowledge of control system design and architecture, including both hardware and software for embedded systems.
