Deliver comprehensive critical care management for SICU patients. Provide perioperative and post-operative critical care support. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts. Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and advanced practice providers (if applicable). Participate in call coverage as assigned.
