Supports and Assist the Trauma Medical Director with: Define and implement regional care standards, including clinical guidelines, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives that support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide oversight of the clinical care delivery team and ensure consistent, high-quality care across the region. Collaborate with administrative leaders to establish and execute the strategic vision, goals, and objectives for the clinical program. Monitor and guide regional financial performance to meet budgeted targets and support sustainable growth. Facilitate bi-directional communication between frontline teams, regional leadership, and system-level stakeholders. Promote alignment of care delivery models and best practices across the broader SSM Health system. Performs other duties as assigned.
