Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Neuro Trauma ICU. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers and document care. Teach patients/families/caregivers about their condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures. Manage evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives. Manage the quality of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan.
