Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, attentive, and motivated Mental Health Therapeutic Technician to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges in a structured and therapeutic environment. In this role, you will work closely with clients and clinical staff to promote emotional stability, behavioral growth, and overall well-being. call administrator or directly for better coordination

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision to clients in a therapeutic setting
- Support daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and structured activities
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment and behavior plans
- Observe, document, and report client behaviors and progress
- De-escalate crisis situations using trained intervention techniques
- Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Encourage positive coping skills and emotional regulation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in mental health, caregiving, or behavioral support (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
