The Controls Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of building and electrical monitoring systems (BMS, DCIM, EPMS) across data center construction projects. They handle budgeting, vendor onboarding, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure on-time delivery, alignment with design, and full system functionality within the construction schedule. **Procurement & Financial Management** + Support procurement activities including **RFP development, RFIs, vendor evaluations, and purchase order issuance** + Manage financial aspects of controls construction contracts, ensuring alignment with **project budgets and timelines** **Commissioning & Field Support** + Support and oversee **controls-related commissioning activities** + Conduct regular **site visits** to active construction projects to verify installation quality and vendor compliance + Ensure all work meets **design requirements and applicable codes (e.g., NEC)** **Minimum Qualifications** + **2+ years of experience** in controls or electrical construction project management + Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or other related engineering degrees preferred. + **5+ years of experience** working with controls systems in critical environments (e.g., data centers, manufacturing, oil & gas, power) + Strong understanding of: + Industrial controls systems + Engineering documentation and electrical diagrams + Standard operating procedures + Proven ability to manage **multiple stakeholders, vendors, and competing priorities** + Excellent **communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills** + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office and project management tools** \#LI-CK1 \#LI-Hybrid **Work environment:** + Fast paced environment + Travel required CyrusOne is an equal opportunity employer.
