Rate: $29.20 USD per hour
**Description**
**General Summary**
Provides administrative and secretarial support to the daily operations of the office.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Provide reception services and greet visitors
+ Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task with multiple phone lines.
+ Maintain employee files, keeping record of all necessary training, time sheets, and certifications.
+ Prepare and provide required weekly and monthly reports to the government
+ Perform data entry in DMLSS, and other software as required
+ Sort and deliver mail
+ Order and distribute supplies
+ Assist Project Managers with administrative duties
+ Perform scanning and copying of documents
+ Other duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements**
+ Two years prior office administrative experience preferred
+ DMLSS-FM program experience preferred.
+ Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Experience using telephones, fax machines, copy machines, scanners and printers
**Physical, Environmental and Sensory Requirements**
+ Work environment is a typical office setting
+ Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting
+ Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc. but generally not to the point of being disagreeable
